Local pickup or meetup may be available for eligible orders from The Backwoods Trading Post.

Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time is typically 7–10 business days unless otherwise stated.

This time is used to make, prepare, and package your order.

You will be contacted when your order is ready.

Please do not arrive for pickup or meetup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.

Pickup & Meetup Arrangements

Pickup or meetup details will be arranged after your order is completed.

Available locations, times, and meetup options may vary.

Customers are responsible for arriving at the agreed location and time.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

Unclaimed Orders

Orders should be picked up within 30 days of the ready notification unless other arrangements have been made with us.

Orders that remain unclaimed after 30 days may be considered abandoned.

Made-to-order, personalized, or custom items are not eligible for a refund simply because they were not picked up.

Missed Pickup or Meetup

If you miss an arranged pickup or meetup, please contact us to reschedule.

Repeated missed arrangements may require pickup at a different available time or location.

Order Changes

Please review all product selections, colors, personalization, spelling, and customization details before placing your order.

Once production has started, changes may not be possible.

Identification / Order Verification

We may ask for your name, order number, or other basic order information before releasing an order.
